储罐充海水试压临时阴极保护设计 Design of Temporary Cathodic Protection for Pressure Test of Storage Tank Filled with Seawater

1.概述

储罐建成后,用海水试压,该海域水质干净,不在河口,海水含盐量相对较高,对钢的腐蚀性很强。为防止罐体腐蚀,采用阴极保护方式对储罐进行临时保护。

2.保护范围、方法及设计指标

(1)保护范围:罐内浮**、罐壁及罐底板内壁;

(2)保护方法:牺牲阳极阴极保护;

(3)保护时间:50天;

(4)设计指标:阴极保护电位维持在-0.85~-1.10V

(相对于饱和Cu/CuSO4参比电极)+0.25~0.00V(相对于锌

参比电极)范围内。

1. Overview
After the tank is built, the sea water is used for pressure test. The water quality in this sea area is clean, not in the estuary. The salt content of sea water is relatively high, and the corrosion to steel is very strong. In order to prevent tank corrosion, cathodic protection is adopted for temporary protection of the tank.
2. Protection scope, method and design index
(1) Scope of protection: floating roof, tank wall and inner wall of tank bottom plate;
(2) Protection method: sacrificial anode cathodic protection;
(3) Protection time: 50 days;
(4) Design index: cathodic protection potential is maintained at -0.85~-1.10V ᴄ
(relative to saturated Cu/CuSO4 reference electrode) and+0.25~0.00V (relative to zinc
Reference electrode).
